End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and PRODU Group Limited ("PRODU", "we", "our") for the PRODU software applications identified as Android package app.produ and iOS bundle app.produ.ios, together with the consumer web app hosted for produ.app (the "Software").

1. Governing terms

The PRODU Terms of Use are the governing commercial agreement for accounts, subscriptions, credits, acceptable use, and liability. These Terms of Use are incorporated into this EULA. If this EULA and the Terms conflict, the Terms control for account and billing matters and this EULA controls for the license to install the Software.

2. License grant

Subject to this EULA and the Terms, PRODU grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software on devices you own or control, solely to access the PRODU services.

3. License restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, or sublicense the Software except as allowed by mandatory law.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent license, subscription, or security controls except to the limited extent permitted by law.
• You may not use the Software on an unsupported platform build that PRODU has not published as a public release target.

4. Store operators

If you downloaded the Software from the Apple App Store or Google Play, those operators are not parties to this EULA. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of the store-required license clauses only, to the extent required by their standard EULA terms.

5. Privacy

Use of the Software is also subject to the PRODU Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

This license ends if you breach this EULA or the Terms, if you delete your account, or if PRODU withdraws the Software. On termination you must stop using and delete local copies of the Software.
