Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PRODU application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). You acknowledge that these Terms are an agreement between you and PRODU Group Limited only, and not with Apple, Inc. or Google LLC. PRODU Group Limited is solely responsible for the App and its content.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

The App offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., "Pro", "Ultra") and one-time "Top-Up" purchases.

2.1 App Store Purchases (Google Play / Apple App Store)

Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Management of subscriptions and auto-renewal must be handled through your Account Settings on the respective platform.

2.2 Desktop & Web Purchases (Stripe)

Payments made via our desktop or web applications are processed through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize PRODU Group Limited to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of your purchase.

2.3 Credits and Usage

Top-Up Credits: Purchased credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not expire while your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, all remaining credits will be permanently forfeited.

Refund Policy

Subscriptions: All subscription purchases (Monthly/Annual) are final and non-refundable. Access to premium features is granted immediately upon successful payment.

Top-Up Credits: Refunds for unused credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Since app store billing is handled by third parties, you may be required to request refunds directly through Google Play or the Apple App Store for those specific transactions.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

PRODU allows users to create, store, and optionally share content such as notes, routines, and projects ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a license to host and display it in order to provide the service.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, contains graphic violence, or violates third-party intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content and terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice or refund.

4. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features

PRODU utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) for voice assistance and content generation. AI-generated content is provided "as is."

No Guarantee of Accuracy: We do not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of AI responses. AI can "hallucinate" or provide incorrect information.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any actions taken, or not taken, based on AI-generated suggestions. You agree to verify all critical information independently.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer the App, bypass our subscription/credit systems, or use the App for unauthorized fraudulent purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if we suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRODU Group Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

7. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes within the App. Your continued use of the App following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
