• Account & Purchase Information: We explicitly collect your Email, Name, and Purchase History when you create an account, manage subscriptions, or make purchases using email, Apple, or Google.
• User Content: Data you input into the app, including notes, project details, habits, nutritional logs, trip itineraries, AI prompts, and media (images, audio, and videos) uploaded to your workspaces.
• Communications: If you contact us for support or feedback, we collect any information you choose to provide.

b. Information Automatically Collected

• Usage Data: Information about your interactions with the app, such as features used, time spent, and error logs to help us improve stability.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and network information.
• Authentication Data: We may use device-level biometric authentication (e.g., Face ID / Touch ID) to secure the app, but we do not collect or store your biometric data on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various purposes, including:

• To provide, maintain, and improve our Services.
• To manage your account and synchronize your data securely across devices via Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore & Firebase Storage).
• To facilitate automated intelligence (AI) features. When you use AI tools (e.g., text, image, audio, or video generation), your specific prompts and necessary contextual data are securely processed using third-party AI providers (including Google Generative AI / Gemini, OpenAI, and Grok).
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activities (e.g., via Firebase App Check).

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with third parties in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We employ third-party companies to facilitate our service, including:
  • Google Firebase: For secure database hosting, authentication, and file storage.
  • Payment & Subscription Processing: We partner with Apple App Store, Google Play Store, RevenueCat, and Stripe for managing subscriptions and processing in-app purchases securely. We do not store your raw credit card information.
  • AI Partners: For processing generative AI requests (including Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Grok). Data sent to inference APIs is used strictly to return results and is aligned with the respective provider's enterprise data privacy terms.
• Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

4. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard encryption, secure cloud infrastructure (Firebase), and secure local storage concepts to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

• The right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you. You can delete your account and associated data directly within the app settings.
• The right to object to or restrict processing of your personal data.

Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.
