Account Deletion Request

If you no longer wish to use PRODU and want to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you have two options:

Option 1: Delete directly within the app (Recommended)

1. Open the PRODU app and log into your account.

2. Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner.

3. Go to Settings -> Profile & Account.

4. Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen and confirm.

Note: This immediately permanently deletes your user data, including projects, habits, workouts, notes, and profile.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us.

Please send an email to support@produ.app from the email address associated with your PRODU account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

Email Support

Data Retention: Upon account deletion, all user-generated content directly tied to your account (habits, timelines, projects, notes, and profile data) is permanently erased from our active databases. We do not retain your personal data after an account deletion request is processed.
